anyway today had dance
it was damn hiong.
and tt 30x8 stomach thingy at the end...
making my stomach abit pain le
i tink tml i cant even walk
and i have a feeling i will have leg muscle ache again.
dieeeeee.
but i feel trained! hahaha.
and the cartwheel!!!minimum sound with the teng kong feeling!! :))
but i have to seriously improve on the left one.
handstand!! still need to improve :S

ok so tml is another full day.
theres so much work now and i feel like sleeping
cos my leg muscles are really not working well le.
