this post shall be some updates on my life so far! (:


16/6/08 - monday

movie with ms joanne ko!! hehehe we watched sex and the city and it was q a good movie juz tt i was a little disappointed cos the ratings for it from my frens were rly high! we saw the superband J3 at shaw too! and i rly love lido theatres! im soo going to watch more movies there now! its still my fave cinema..guess its because its the first one i've been to! (: then we went shopping and i bought like.. ALOT of clothes! omg. went to shop at shaw/isetan, mango, topshop, fareast plaza. i spent dunno how many days of pay away in juz one day. :( let me juz console and convince myself tt its necessary for my overseas trip. hahahaha! :P but i love every single thing tt i bought on tt day!! (: and tnx joanne for shopping with me! cos she ended up buying nothing! arghh! :(


18/6/08 - wed

no drums tt day! so i went for dinner with yc! muahahaha. and i finally got my lanvine perfume! its rlyy nice and addictive! and we went to eat at nyny. (: we're seriously pigs!!! eat so much la! and i have to stress tt the coke float and mushroom capaccinno in nyny are damn good! pple shld try them! (: hehehe. and we were too full for any desserts. oh well.. the coke float can be our dessert (: it was juz a short dinner cos both of us had the work the next day! but i had alot of fun with yc..esp the nice long chat we had over dinner! hehe! yc, muz meet up again b4 i leave alright!? (:


21/6/08 - sat

woke up q early in the morning to attend the idp pre-departure seminar at orchard hotel. there were q alot of pple but as expected i din see anyone i noe. went with my mum... the talk was a little boring..but i still learnt q alot of stuff thru it..and got a better idea of what to bring and prepare. but there wasnt much info on specifically my uni. and we were supposed to paste a tag on our shirt saying which uni we're going..and apparently i only saw another girl with the same tag as me. the rest were like UQ, RMIT, U Syd, Monash etc. boohoo. :(


then went off to hmv to walk around. omg!! im soo happy! i finally get walk around hmv after soo long!! used to go hmv to walk vvv often cos i rly like the ambience there and can always listen to the newest albums! and i bought a grand total of... 2 cds! hahaha. one from dbsk. the must buy one! i love "love in the ice!!" ahh its rly a vv nice song. and of cos my all time fave - babo. :) and the other cd was bsb's inconsolable. long wanted to get the album but decided to wait for it to become cheaper..which it did. (: walked around hmv..till joanne called to say she's reached. so went to meet her and we both went to cine to look for our classmates!


class gathering v fun arh. grand total of 7 pple ( rh, kk, wz, zy, joanne, me, ye) but ye had to leave after lunch..so it became 6 pple when we decided to watch movie. walked all the way to plaza sing and watched getsmart. b4 the movie went to gelare and did some catching up with each other! ((: and went to watch the movie. i prefer getsmart.. but joanne prefers sex and the city. getsmart is rly damnn funny! i was laughing almost every single minute of it...even some parts the cinema was quiet and i was the only one giggling away :X and i tink the tricks they use damn smart la!! im so going to buy the vcd next time and laugh with my brother at home. hahaha! :P
then the guys went for dinner.joanne and i walked around scouting for teng's present.. and wz joined us cos he was unsure whether to go his fren's hse ornot. then my brother came..and i left joanne with wz (hahaha! joking! joanne pls dun kill me)..and our family went to pan pac to eat hai tien lo after so long while looping inconsolable in the car! :)


the food is rly damn good! it lost its standard last time.. but now vv good le! and got this waitress even recognised us..cos i used to go pan pac vvv often during my kindergarten-primary sch yrs!heh. (: and we saw fireworks! cos they were having ndp rehearsals!! (: and i saw alot of good looking pple in the lobby cos apparently they were having some officers party.. then alot of guys wearing the super suave white uniform (the one taypinghui wore when getting married to felicia chin in bao jia wei guo during the last ep) hahaha. i like tt uniform! maybe cos of taypinghui. :P and most of the officers have vv pretty partners. hehe. and most of them look rly compatible tt night! hehe! (:


22/6/08 - sunday

went to the uwa pre departure talk at grand plaza park hotel in the afternoon with both my parents. tt talk was rly vv useful and we got to see some pics of the uni! but my dad was rly almost dozing away.. i knew he cant stand such talks..maybe i got the genes from him..but of cos.. im way better in tolerance level! (: got to noe this rly friendly girl and i hope she goes to uwa. cos we rly can click v well! (: hopefully i can rmb some of the faces i saw during the talk cos most of them will be my future schmates in approx one months' time. (:


after the talk..went off to check out the new phones in hello! singtel.. ahhh i want a sony ericsson phone but my dad prefers me to have a nokia one. but theres no nice nokia models now. any recommendations anyone?! and my dad's getting a samsung. hahaha. our whole family is going to change phones cos our contracts all ended alr and its rly much cheaper now to get a new phone! (: time to get one before i go! (: after checking out the phones.. i felt soo hungry. went opp to killiney kopitiam to grab some kaya toast. the kaya over there is seriously the best in town la! i bought a bottle home to eat. yay! (: then we went over to four seasons hotel to eat jiang nan chun! (: ahh the noodles, beef and pin pan damnn nice!!! tinking of it now..still makes me drool. hahaha. :P


23/6/08 - monday

ytd was a kboxing session with joanne. the long awaited one! we went marina sq! ahh we got a nice room! and we started singing like mad!! i rly like joanne singing jay chou's songs. te bie you gan jue okay! hahaha. and i will nv forget how we screwed ti amo up. :X but sui ran wo yuan yi is rly niceee!! (: yay! (: and our duets with our act emo face. damn funny!! omg! i wanna go kbox with joanne again soon! yay!


after kbox..started our shopping spree again. but we walked the whole of marina sq.. couldnt find a single thing tt interest us. :( damn shi bai larh. i only bought a pencilcase from wallet shop. rly nothing tt even caught our attention. joanne suggested tt our brains are telling us tt we're spending too much money..so it's stopping us from being interested in anything. sad life eh? hahah. then we went over to citilink..then raffles city for yakun toast! yay! butter sugar toast and eggs. yummmy! (: die larh. im eating so much now..go there sure die. but i muz eat alot now cos im seriously going to miss all the yummy food i have here!! :( have a feeling the hostel food's not going to be anything interesting. hahah :P


then we went home tgt and did some zi-pai-ing on the train. hahah. nice pics larh! and tt joanne wanna charge me $1 per pic sent via msn (cos all the photos are taken using her cam. damnn. hahaha) okays.


anw i watched superband. kind of disappointing. but there are still some grps tt rly have potential! (: and i rly tink the guitarist in symphony's q good looking..too bad tonglei's not here! arghh.


24/6/08 - tuesday!

spent the whole day with gugu and mum at orchard..trying to get me a jumper and a few pairs of long pants for winter. rly walked for so long. and finally bought a pair of pants in taka and another one in wisma. but no jumper yet! :( shall go look out when i go out with my frens in the next few weeks! (: but im glad the pants part are settled alr. (: tnx gugu for pei-ing us go out and shop. (:


this week's airport is soo happening!! cos...
1. 27/6 - willie korkor's coming back from england!
2. 28/6 - ben's coming back from perth! lien, yiwen, huixiang leaving for turkey!
oh...and dear porky vincent's going to bring us for seoul garden treat! (: yay! cant wait!
3. 29/6 - tonglei's coming back from china!


tml's the 402 day! and thurs' the mahjong day! soo happening. i love this week.
