HEY!!!
here to update bout my orientation!


yepp and so i got the hostel in the end.. YAY! (:


mon was like damn scary.
and i was sitting at one table all by myself..
with a group of guys on the table near me.
i tink they are year ones too. hahaha.
and luckily i met this girl from mauritius.. she's called sheena.
and she's a rly friendly and nice girl.
met her at the entrance of our block. she stays one floor below me.
yepp and we went to school tgt.
and her bf joined us shortly after tt.
soo we went to social sciences LT.
and we almost lost our way. luckily there were some new students over there
so we kind of followed the whole crowd to the correct venue.
so there were talks and talks and talks again
and i was seriously almost dozing off.
got to noe more friends thru og and their frens.
got to noe simun, marianne and kristine who are all from singapore.
and i was coincidentally in the same of as sheena. so yeah.
this was the group of frens who accompanied me thruout the day.
then.. went for lunch at trinity. the food was rly.. hmm -.-
yeah. den we went for more talks.
and the few of us thought tt it might be a good idea to pon them after all.
it was damn funny. cos we were taking out own sweet time cos the next lecturer hasnt arrived.
and we heard the door open.. and we were like super kan chiong
started running up to the stairs..and slammed the door shut.
so yeah i tink there was like a loud thump of the door.. when the lecturer juz stepped in. opps.
we then decided to do the more impt stuff. like opening the bank acct.
so me and marianne went to the bank.. while simun went to guild to look for accommodation.
yepp luckily we went fast. we were like the first few to be there. and there were only 2 pple to help us. and when we left we saw a whole grp coming in. phew. (:
and we were damn dumb. din even noe our hostel address so we ended up asking pple around us if they happen to stay on-campus. hahaha
after the banking stuff.. simun wasnt done yet. so the 2 of us walked back to our hostels tgt.
yepp.
and after tt went out for dinner with my parents and korkor likai! (:
and i spent the rest of the night replying emails and msn-ing (:


tues was a better day. in my opinion. cos i wasnt THAT shy anymore..like the previous day.
so.. in the morning went to octagon theatre... and we had some more talks.
then we were divided into our mentor groups.
yeahh its sth like study group. and my mentor is q pretty.
yepp so there were 9 of us.. smaller group than the previous day.
2 guys 7 girls. cool eh? haha.
i got to noe ahn who is from vietnam and gene who is from china. yepp.
and i got to noe zhenwei and nooch who are both from singapore.
but nooch came from nepal cos he moved there since he was v young i heard.
yepp. they are all vv nice pple.
and it was damn qiao..
my fren is called zhenwei.. same name as my good fren in sg. hahaha.
and omg. this is a big news. he is the FIRST singaporean i noe tt actually speaks mandarin
we were like in the LT and we were allocated seats so we cant sit with our own frens.
and i sat beside him. and he suddenly asked if i was at the bank the day before.
yuan lai..he was the person tt we asked if he was staying on campus cos we dinnoe our address. haha.. damn qiaoo! sooo.. we started talking and yeah. when we got to noe tt both of us speak mandarin.. damn funny. all the singlish and chi-glish started coming out. and it was rly fun.. cos i rly miss speaking mandarin alot!!! :( haha.
and nooch was from taylors college. and he is eunice's fren! (:
hahaha its a small world after all.. a very nice and friendly guy to talk to.
yepp. so i exchanged numbers with almost all of my mentor group pple! yay! (:
while walking around the sch..met the pple in my og too. heh.
then we had a campus tour and a library tour. lunch was hotdogs at the oncampus cafe.
yepp. so we left after the library tour.
and zw msged me to remind me to collect the bank acct number. sheesh and i was in my hostel alr. so i left my bag in the room, grabbed my room key and hp and left for the sch once again.
the weather was rly rly good tt day.. and when i walked there it was like the evening sky.
and it was vv nice.. nice and breezy. it felt rly good walking alone from the hostel to the sch.
i love my sch..its rly nice and beautiful! (:
yay! and i was taking my own sweet time walking.
i tink the year ones tt i saw along the way thought i was some snr. cos i had like no heavy orientation bags with me. hahaha. :P and i managed to find my way to the student guild to get the acct number. i like finding places myself. the sense of accomplishment..(:
then after tt went back to hostel.
and ate dinner with jenna, another mauritius girl who stays on the same floor as me.. and winnie, a snr. then i went up to bathe..and after tt korkor likai came my room to discuss the units im going to enrol into. yepp so i decided on the units le!
and we both went to sheena's room to get her internet set up. yepp.
and korkor likai went back to his room while i went back to mine.
listened to some music and slept. yay


today was enrolment day. and everyone was given a slightly diff allocated timing to report to the school for enrolment of subj units.
soo yeah mine was 11.30am.
went down for breakfast at 8 plus with sheena and jenna.
and then went up to my room to watch ming zhong!
wahahahh damn nice and sweet leh. i cant wait for the next ep! (: heh.
and my bro liying reminded me tt.. I HAVENN WATCHED QIU AI DA ZHAN for sooo long..
gonna catch up in the next few days. btw the internet connection is getting slower and slower everyday sigh. im so dead.
and it reminded me tt i haven watch yi qie wan mei for vv long also! hehe.
abit sian of dan chao fan. but i tink its ending alr so i shld juz watch. haha.
and LAN QIU HUO is coming out! yay yay yay!
okays. go back to the topic..


then i went to winthrop hall to discuss my units with the course advisers over there.
and then she signed on my form..and i proceeded to take my photo for student card.
i realised how un-photogenic i am.. HAHA. :x
and then went to the maths lab to enrol online into our units.
got to noe a few more frens along the way..
one guy from RJC. haha.
and the whole group of us ran around the place under the rain. q fun and exciting
juz tt my shoes were soaked. :(
so yepp after the maths lab thing we supposed to go to another place for online class registration..
here..we plan our own timetables..so we get some time slots to choose frm. q flexible. i like!
but the bad thing is..you got to PLAN urself. so yeah. kind of difficult.
buttt. it was raining. soo i called sheena
and decided to meet her for lunch at the hostel.
then after lunch i went online to register for my classes!
my friday is off! (: yay.
and tues and thurs i start at 8am. boo.
the rest of the days start late morning.. yepp. heh.
benji told me tt he's off on friday too! and he start at 8 on tues so we can have breakfast tgt. hahaha. the thing is soo ma fan. sigh. need to enter alot of preferences.
okay after the thing.. i decided tt i deserve a short nap.
so i went to sleep. yay! and jenna kind of woke up me for dinner.
so she caught me in the messy hair and sleepy eyes. opps. heh.
came back from dinner with jenna.
she is soo funny larh!
she is like totally obsessed with looking at the good looking pple in our hostel. den she tells me bout it. haha! i saw a table with years ones.
rly wanna get to noe them. but not much of a chance. oh wells.
sooo im here in my room now. feeling energetic cos of the nap.
met my RA juz now while walking up the stairs.. he seems q a nice person heh.
and now i shall go and watch yi qie wan mei...
and reply some emails.

tml is a free day. fri is an optional tour to fremantle which i din sign up cos i went for like so many times alr. so im free on thurs and fri. sat is welcoming benji day -.- HAHA. and sun i heard there is a welcome dinner. and korkor likai might be bringing me to get my printer. heh. yay! (:


okays i hope i see alot of pple online for the next 2 days cos i can imagine how bored i would be..
i wanna get to noe more singaporeans in my hostel!
i noe none for now. so sadd. :( and i heard there are like 17 singaporeans this intake. sigh.

i tink most unis in sg are starting their orientation next week? or the week after..
while i start sch alr. -.- argh. hahaha.
